At the beginning, the purpose of establishing the Chia (Pow Soo) Hakka Clan Association was to gather the Hakkas of the Xie clan to help each other and unite. Now, it is also educating the younger generation of clan members to inherit Hakka culture and spirit.

  • Above 21 years of age.
  • $100.00 One Time Fee

Term Member Qualifying Criteria:

  • Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Above 21 years of age

  • $24.00 Annual Fee
